We are professional movement specialists who perform a thorough evaluation to identify the cause of a client's symptoms to reduce their pain and reduce their risk for re-injury. We treat the impairments by providing manual, prescribing home programs and extensive exercise programs as well as modalities. We treat the general population, occupational athletes, youth athletes, professional athletes, and workman's compensation clientele. 

We perform initial assessments of our youth/collegiate athletes to build sport specific exercise programs and improve overall athletic performance. We offer customized exercise programs for individuals, groups, or teams that focus on mobility, strength, power, agilities, plyometrics, and balance to reduce risk for injury. We offer in-season and off-season programs that cater to the athlete's needs.

We perform assessments for youth and professional athletes, golfers, firefighters, runners, triathletes, or fitness enthusiasts looking to enhance overall health and performance. Clients have options to purchase and perform prescribed programs independently, app-assisted, or trainer/strength coach assisted.

We provide recovery tools such as compression, cold compression, percussive devices, cupping, dry needling, ASTYM/IASTM, soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilizations, stretching, electrical stimulation, cold laser, and more.
